Nadia Dolce is an Italian French-Canadian pop dance artist from Montreal. Inspired by International music, she incorporates French, Italian, English and Spanish to her songwriting. After the success of last summer’s dance/electronica single, “El Gitano”, with world-renowned, DJ MC Mario, it received International airplay in 26 countries. Nadia gained recognition and continued to write and perform for up and coming local DJs (Chuck Bernard, Ken Tracy and Anthony Pag). She caught the attention of MICH2050 music label when she went to record a personal project and impressed them with her songwriting and vocal talents. Her passion and drive towards music persuaded MICH2050 to collaborate on a single, which lead to an EP and now is in the workings of a full album.

Nadia began her journey when she was accepted to the McGill Conservatory of Music for classical vocal training and music theory. She continued to follow her dreams influenced by her musical idols such as Mariah Carey, Christina Aguilera, and Leona Lewis. She inherited her nickname Dolce from her girl group “Dolceamare” (sweet and sour) as being the one with the sweet and kindhearted personality. Nadia remained focused on pursuing a solo career. She won the 16th edition of CFMB’s Superfantastico (Italian version of American Idol) giving her the opportunity to sing her very own composition, “Believe”, in Italy at the Reggio Pop Festival, in August 2011. She also had the opportunity to perform “El Gitano” at the CKOI Beach Party in front of 10 000 people, in 2012 as well as recently performing at various venues such as Moomba Supperclub and Plaza Theatre. To kick off 2013, Great Things Studiosdirected her first official music videos for “Remember” and “Souviens-toi”, premiering in August.

Taking a new direction from her previous electronica releases, rediscover a new side to Nadia Dolce with her latest EP “Remember”, ranging from easy listening pop dance songs like “Mr. Rhythm ‘n’ Blues” and “Something’s Wrong”, the sexy and sultry summer feel of “Remember”, to a fun and uplifting piece like “Kill it On The Dance Floor”. Dolce’s sweet vocals, catchy lyrics and musical variety offer something for all generations to enjoy. The Italian Canadian beauty co-wrote every song on the EP with a multicultural vision, striving to reach International levels, aiming to gain fans all over the world by infusing different sounds and languages to her music. Nadia Dolce always says, “All is possible when you believe.”

Post Image

South African Singer/Songwriter Natalie Chapman is embarking on an epic journey from 30th January 2014 – 29 April 2014 in association with an incredible organisations Kwanele- Enuf is Enuf and The Epic Foundation.

She will be performing 90 gigs in 90 Days across South Africa in an effort to give a voice to Victims of Violent and Sexual Crimes by raising awareness and funding.

From 30th Jan 2014 to 29th April 2014 they will embark on a journey across the country in their endeavor to visit 90 towns in 90 days performing 90 gigs and hosting talks across South Africa raising awareness for and bringing a voice to the millions of victims of violent and sexual crime in South Africa. The journey will be documented via online streaming, filming, traditional media and social networking.

2 woman on the road alone!

Andy Kawa (Kwanele-Enuf) – The Activist

Businesswoman and rape activist Andy Kawa started Kwanele-Enuf Foundation after a gruesome gang-rape ordeal two and a half years ago.

In Andy’s Own Words

“In despair after my ordeal I was inspired by former President Nelson Mandela in Broken Bones and Broken Bodies: violence against women exposed’ where he commented as follows:”

“Safety and security do not just happen; they are a result of a collective consensus and public investment. We owe it to our children – the most vulnerable citizens of society – a life free from violence and fear. In order to ensure this, we must become tireless in our efforts not only to attain peace, justice and prosperity for countries but for communities and members of the same community. We must address the roots of violence. Only then will we transform the past legacy from a crushing burden into a cautionary lesson.”  (NR Mandela)

“I believe that as a Society we need healing and reconciliation as the cases of rape and sexual abuse run deep in the social fabric of our society. We can attain this healing and begin a new era in South Africa where women, men and children live freely without the fear of rape and molestation and where rape and sexual violence in an exception instead of the norm.

The work of transformation has to start in the smallest places, which is our homes, where we protect our children, the handicapped and our elderly – the vulnerable of our society. From families this transformation will move to our communities, schools, organization and the greater Society.

We have a Constitution that upholds the rights safety and security, to human dignity, justice and protection of children and vulnerable of society. Currently, rape and sexual abuse negated the values enshrined in the Constitution, and Kwanele-Enuf intends to mobilize the greater society, judiciary and government to work together to make the Constitution a reality that can be upheld by the South African Society.

Musik Radio Promotions has recently released Seventh Tower homegrown in the USA!!

January 14, 2014
Post Image

Seventh Tower prove they can definitely hang with the big dogs on their debut release “Crown Me King” which is now available on iTunes as well as Spotify. Their second EP, “Path To Follow”(produced by Clint Lowery of Sevendust) is set to release April 15th 2014.

Seventh Tower is the perfect combination of energy and rock. This band has all the right stuff and has recently been picked up on the BBC radio network which broadcasts all over the UK!!!

“Musicians are usually able to identify and dissect their influences, and examine what it is that makes them tick. It takes a great musician to exercise these influences along with their own songwriting muscle. Seventh Tower does just that, releasing a debut EP that comfortably falls in line with the music veterans that inspired it.”

“With echoes of breaking Benjamin’s powerful melodies, Crossfade’s energetic guitar riffs, and Sevendust’s grit. Seventh Tower first strike proves that they can hang with the big kids. That’s immediately evident with “Crown Me King,” the album’s single and opener, and perhaps the strongest showcase. Vocals wear a rock edge while volleying between a soaring melody and gang vocals that leave a tasteful impact. Lyrics are sparked from his own experiences, focusing on the relatable plight of the every man’s struggle, but are laced with hope for ultimate applicability. Framed by fiery guitar licks, crafty bass lines, and steady drum work, this album is packaged for the center of you radio dial.”
