Luckie Boy is a 22 year old pop artist based out of Nashville Tennessee. Raised in a small town in Indiana where he was in multiple bands writing and producing music since the age of 14.

The influences that inspire Luckie Boy’s sound ranges all across the musical spectrum from Michael Jackson to Harry Styles to even a bit of Biffy Clyro. Luckie Boy really started his musical journey after his mom brought home his family first Apple laptop where he would make beats all day on GarageBand. From making beats on the computer he went to finding friends to write actual songs to the music he was making. By the age of 20, he moved to Nashville Tennessee to pursue his music career going to school for audio engineering and eventually graduating in 2018. Now he is currently collaborating with as many artists and writers as possible to better spread his music throughout the pop community and make a name for himself.

After the release of his first worldwide radio single co-written with Nashville hit songwriter (platinum award) Thornton Cline, “Cry Myself to Sleep” hit number one for 3 weeks and was in the Top 5 for 7 weeks on the Euro Indie Music Top 100 Charts and World Indie Music Charts.  Luckie Boy’s second single co-written with Thornton Cline hit number for 3 weeks and remained in the Top 5 for 8 weeks on the same charts.

With over 1,000 published songs, 150 recorded songs, twenty-six adult and children’s traditionally published books, Thornton Cline has been nominated multiple times for Grammy and Dove Awards. Cline has been honored with “Songwriter of the Year” twice-in-a-row and received a platinum certification for sales of over one million album units in Europe. Cline won the first place Maxy Literary Award in 2017 for “Best Children’s Young Adult Book”, and has had his songs recorded by Engelbert Humperdinck, Gloria Gaynor, Rebecca Holden, Gary Puckett (Gary Puckett and the Union Gap), Tim Murphy, Ray Peterson, Billy and Sarah Gaines, Tammy Trent, Matt Newton, among others. Thornton Cline has had his original songs appear in TV and major films.

In April 2021 Thornton Cline was inducted into the “TSAI Songwriters Hall of Fame” in Nashville recognizing his songwriting achievements over a span of 40 years.
