Our goal as a publicist for your video is to make sure every viable programmer first knows who you are as an artist and second wants to play your music for their huge audience. Music programmers need to know your name every bit as much as they know Taylor Swift. Only then will you and your video need to be introduced to the programmers properly. That is where we come in. We introduce your music to every programmer with the goal to make a fan out of the programmers so that they play all of your future videos to their huge audiences. It’s as easy as that.
Your video is professionally submitted to all national broadcast cable channels such as MTV, Fuse, Revolt and Music Choice, as well as on demand cable and regional TV. Additionally your submission goes to all closed circuit video and retail pools to place the video in bars, clubs, restaurants, hotels, casinos, gyms, fitness outlets, cruise lines, malls, food courts. Your video could even end up in retail stores like Reebok, Foot Locker, Harley Davidson, Metro PCS and many more. Your video is also pitched for placement at major music blogs of influence and large online video distributors that will get your video seen across a wide variety of online platforms. We even work to set up on-air and phone interviews for each artist! We will strive to get “featured” artist placement. This will increase overall awareness of the video and artist branding.
When provided with a master of the video, we take care of all the duplication, closed captioning, and production needed to get each programmer everything they need to put your video into rotation. Each promotional package will include a video master, One-Sheet, Bio and Station Submission Form. Everything the programmer needs to air the video!
Each artist will receive four or eight tracking reports describing all ‘video adds’ to programming play lists, as well as recurrent airplay that the video is getting at each show. This includes demographics, reach, and market of that video show. Tracking reports are sent via email in PDF format.
